William - Delta Consulting Group

William “Bill” Jennings, CPA/ABV, CFF, CFE, PI, Senior Director, has more than 40 years of experience providing forensic accounting, investigation, and asset recovery services. Bill has worked closely with corporations, government agencies and attorneys, as well as, in delivering business controls consulting services to organizations. He has also provided expert testimony for the result of this work in over 35 cases. Bill is opening a new Delta office in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Christopher Meadors

Christopher Meadors, CPA*, CFF, JD, Director, is a certified public accountant, consultant, and attorney with more than 20 years of experience advising clients in complex financial disputes and investigations. His experience includes forensic accounting, corporate investigations, litigation consulting and expert witness assignments, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and anti-corruption issues, import/export regulation, anti-fraud consulting (including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance), as well as other regulatory issues. Rachel Weinthal

Rachel Weinthal, CPA, CFE, Director, has more than eighteen years of experience providing assurance, litigation, and forensic accounting services with a focus on accounting-related and fraud investigations. She has extensive experience in preparing expert reports and assisting in the preparation of expert witnesses for trial. Rachel has worked on various matters including SEC and DOJ investigations of fraud and whistleblower allegations, employee embezzlement schemes, shadow investigations, monitorships, and insurance claim preparation.

Emily J. Byrd, Associate Director, has 9 years of experience supporting damages experts, financial and forensic accounting experts, and offering consulting services in commercial disputes, and economic damages. She is expected to testify as a damages expert in May 2021. Her litigation consulting expertise includes quantification of damages, evaluation of lost profits and disgorgement damages, economic-related analysis, incremental profitability analysis, and lost earnings analysis on a broad variety of commercial-related and IP disputes. Emily will be joining the Dallas, Texas office.
