William “Bill” Jennings, CPA/ABV, CFF, CFE, PI, Senior Director, has more than 40 years of experience providing forensic accounting, investigation, and asset recovery services. Bill has worked closely with corporations, government agencies and attorneys, as well as, in delivering business controls consulting services to organizations. He has also provided expert testimony for the result of this work in over 35 cases. Bill is opening a new Delta office in Atlanta, Georgia.
Jeffrey Harfenist, CPA*, Senior Director, is an experienced fraud expert with more than 30 years of forensic accounting experience, having managed teams on some of the most high-profile investigations in U.S. history, including Tyco and Enron. Advising multinational organizations and their counsel, he has extensive experience leading domestic and international engagements for public and private organizations across numerous industries. Jeffrey is opening a new Delta office in Houston, TX.
Christopher Meadors, CPA*, CFF, JD, Director, is a certified public accountant, consultant, and attorney with more than 20 years of experience advising clients in complex financial disputes and investigations. His experience includes forensic accounting, corporate investigations, litigation consulting and expert witness assignments, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and anti-corruption issues, import/export regulation, anti-fraud consulting (including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance), as well as other regulatory issues. Chris is opening a new Delta office in Austin, TX.
Rachel Weinthal, CPA, CFE, Director, has more than eighteen years of experience providing assurance, litigation, and forensic accounting services with a focus on accounting-related and fraud investigations. She has extensive experience in preparing expert reports and assisting in the preparation of expert witnesses for trial. Rachel has worked on various matters including SEC and DOJ investigations of fraud and whistleblower allegations, employee embezzlement schemes, shadow investigations, monitorships, and insurance claim preparation.
David Harkavy, CPA, CFF, Director, has over 20 years of experience assisting clients with forensic accounting and economic damages issues. David has testified in depositions and in state and federal courts on economic damages in commercial litigation matters, including patent, breach of contract, fraud and antitrust. These litigation engagements involved reasonable royalty determinations, lost profits calculations, price erosion, convoyed sales, unjust enrichment and financial performance analysis. David is opening a new Delta office in Chicago, Illinois.
Emily J. Byrd, Associate Director, has 9 years of experience supporting damages experts, financial and forensic accounting experts, and offering consulting services in commercial disputes, and economic damages. She is expected to testify as a damages expert in May 2021. Her litigation consulting expertise includes quantification of damages, evaluation of lost profits and disgorgement damages, economic-related analysis, incremental profitability analysis, and lost earnings analysis on a broad variety of commercial-related and IP disputes. Emily will be joining the Dallas, Texas office.
Nadia Khan, CPA, Consultant, is an experienced CPA with a demonstrated history of conducting forensic accounting work in several industries, including construction and oil & gas, among others. She has prepared numerous financial analyses for commercial damages claims. Her specific forensic accounting experience includes business interruption loss and property damage calculations, employee theft schemes, product liability, bankruptcy proceedings, and litigation support. Nadia will be joining the Woodbridge, Virginia office.
