Five Delta Consulting Group experts have been recognized in the 2026 Lexology Index: Thought Leaders – USA report, with recognition spanning construction, expert witness and forensic accounting disciplines.

The 2026 rankings recognize Jeff Fuchs, Gene Lash, Mark Dungan and Charlie Heckman in both Construction – Quantum, Delay & Technical and Construction Expert Witnesses, reflecting their experience analyzing complex construction issues and communicating independent opinions in high-stakes disputes. Ralph Koch is recognized among the country’s leading Forensic Accountants, adding financial and accounting expertise to Delta’s showing in the report.

Lexology Index’s Thought Leaders reports identify individuals who perform especially well in its independent research, representing approximately 25% to 30% of listed practitioners.

For clients, the range of this year’s recognition reflects the complementary expertise often required in complex disputes. Jeff, Gene, Mark and Charlie bring extensive experience analyzing construction claims and disputes involving delay, quantum and technical issues, as well as providing independent expert testimony.
