The ABA Forum on Construction Law’s 2026 Midwinter Conference, themed “Changing Landscapes: New and Effective ADR Strategies,” is a premier gathering of construction law practitioners, in-house counsel, ADR specialists and industry advisors. Taking place February 4–7, 2026, at the Ritz-Carlton in Dana Point, California, this annual conference marks the launch of the Forum’s 50th Anniversary Celebration and offers a robust program of substantive legal education, insight into emerging trends, and networking opportunities for professionals across the construction and disputes community.

As the largest U.S. organization dedicated exclusively to construction law, the ABA Forum’s Midwinter Conference delivers timely continuing legal education (CLE) sessions, plenary discussions and workshops that address evolving issues in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), contract negotiation, risk allocation, claims management, arbitration and mediation. Attendees benefit from expert perspectives on the intersection of law, practice and project risk in construction, infrastructure and built environment sectors.

Delta Consulting Group will be represented at the conference by Executive Chairman Jeff Fuchs, Director Avi Sharma and Director Nate Swink, who will participate in sessions, engage with peers and clients and advance key industry relationships. Their attendance reflects Delta’s commitment to thought leadership in construction dispute avoidance, claims strategy and expert advisory services that help clients navigate complex project challenges.
