Delta’s Duan van der Merwe and Denis Cronin will join construction attorneys, project executives, in-house counsel, arbitrators and other industry professionals at the Society of Construction Law North America’s 5th Annual Conference.
Centered on the theme “Melody of Resolution: Harmonizing Construction Law in a Changing World,” the conference will examine current issues affecting construction projects and disputes across North America and internationally. The program will feature discussions on megaproject procurement and planning, fixed-price contracts and public-private partnerships, mediation and arbitration strategies, dispute boards, artificial intelligence in construction dispute resolution and the management of delay, completion and subcontractor risk.
