Mitch Arndt, MBA, CM, PSP | Director
Mitch Arndt has over 30 years of experience in construction & program administration/oversight, comprehensive CPM scheduling including schedule risk identification & evaluation, cost control, schedule delay analysis and entitlement determination, risk analysis & mitigation, claims avoidance and resolution. As a construction manager, Mitch has overseen the construction of numerous projects, including infrastructure, office buildings, laboratory structures and waste water treatment facilities. He has also led teams providing comprehensive claim evaluation and responsibility assessment, schedule uncertainty evaluation and delay analysis, change management, cost control and contract oversight.
Benjamin Turner | Senior Consultant
Benjamin Turner has over 22 years of extensive project controls and contracts management experience, with an emphasis on financial analysis, budgeting, scheduling and progress and performance analysis/reporting.
He is a critical thinker who thrives in a detail-oriented environment contributing to high performance teams. Ben has proven success delivering high-quality projects on time and under budget in a variety of business sectors.
Natasha Sleigh, PSP, PMP, CCA | Senior Consultant
Natasha has more than 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on delay and damages analysis. Some of her project experience includes work on the multi-billion-dollar Panama Canal Expansion Project, multi-boiler coal-fired power plants, a multi-billion-euro underwater natural gas pipeline, and public school buildings. Her projects span throughout the U.S., Canada, Central America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa. AACEI Source Magazine recognized Natasha as a “Rising Professional” in the June 2020 issue.

James Spencer, BSc, MCIOB, MCIArb, APAEWE | Director
James Spencer’s career in the property and construction industry includes experience in the United Kingdom and Middle East. His experience has expanded beyond quantity surveying and cost management to include project management, dispute resolution (quantum and planning) programme management, 3D/4D modelling and BIM. This exposure has led James into areas such as contract management and administration, commercial claims and dispute resolutions, and programming and account managing. These demanding and challenging environments require a flexible approach and has provided clients confidence with his professional service.
Amar Majid | Senior Consultant
Amar is a Quantity Surveyor with experience in residential, health and commercial project procurement and delivery. He has extensive experience working as QS in both consultancy and for a main contractor preparing cost estimating, preparing and issuing tendering enquiries, analysing tenders, valuing works, controlling change, cost reporting, agreeing variations and settling/negotiating final accounts. Preconstruction experience includes sub-contractor procurement, pricing work schedules, financial progress reporting, tender analysis and contract preparation.
