Delta Consulting Group Associate Director Smita Yamgar and Senior Director Khaled Aziza will speak at Project Controls Expo USA 2026, taking place October 5–7, 2026, at Nationals Park in Washington, DC.
Their session, “Integrating Dynamic Schedule Analysis and Contractual Entitlement in Extension of Time Claims,” will examine how changing project conditions, critical path shifts, schedule analysis and contractual requirements intersect when evaluating Extension of Time claims.
Drawing on their experience in construction claims, forensic delay analysis, project controls, risk and contract management, Smita and Khaled will explore approaches that move beyond static schedule reviews toward a more comprehensive and defensible assessment of EOT claims.
