Delta Consulting Group, a global advisory firm specializing in construction, investigations, forensic accounting, and insurance and recovery services, today announced the formation of its new Strategic Advisory Board. The Board will provide guidance on Delta’s long-term growth strategy and help advance key initiatives across business development, acquisitions, operational infrastructure and market positioning.

The Strategic Advisory Board is chaired by Delta Co-Founder Mark Dungan, whose long-standing dedication to the company continues to shape its direction and performance. The Strategic Advisory Board brings together senior leaders with deep experience across branding, private equity, infrastructure, capital programs, technology and data strategy:

  • Lou Cariello | Facilities & infrastructure executive and former Commander, NAVFAC Atlantic (U.S. Navy). Mr. Cariello’s government infrastructure and facilities leadership experience will guide Delta’s strategy in government-related business development and compliance-heavy project environments.
  • Evan Eason | Private equity investor, financial expert, and value-creation architect. Mr. Eason brings an investor’s lens to Delta’s growth strategy, supporting evaluation of initiatives, including acquisition opportunities, financial structuring and value creation.
  • Michael Feigin | Seasoned construction executive, strategist and construction tech innovator. Mr. Feigin will advise on implementing technology-driven efficiencies in project and capital-program delivery, and on risk-management frameworks to support Delta’s expanding service lines.
  • Raza Hussain | CEO The Technology Economists and Co-CEO at Global AI Leaders Network and AI/data-monetization strategist. Mr. Hussain’s expertise in AI, data strategy and monetization will support Delta’s efforts to integrate advanced analytics, data-driven decision-making and technology-enabled services across the firm in support of its clients.
  • Tony Weisman | Veteran marketing and brand-transformation executive. Mr. Weisman served as Chief Marketing Officer of Dunkin’ U.S. (2017–2019), where he led a major rebranding effort and helped modernize the company’s marketing and branding strategies. He currently serves on the boards of several high-growth marketing and technology firms.
