Lou Cariello

Facilities and Infrastructure Executive | Former Commander, NAVFAC Atlantic (U.S. Navy)

Lou Cariello is an accomplished senior executive with decades of leadership experience overseeing complex infrastructure, facilities and construction programs. He previously served as Commander of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic, where he led global teams responsible for planning, engineering, constructing, maintaining and modernizing critical U.S. Navy and Department of Defense infrastructure.

Lou’s expertise spans capital planning, major program delivery, government operations and mission-critical facilities management. His leadership strengthens Delta’s strategic approach to public-sector, government and infrastructure-focused business development, as well as complex program execution for clients operating in highly regulated or mission-driven environments.

Evan Eason

Financial Expert, Investor, Value-Creation Architect

Evan Eason is a private-equity investor with deep experience in value creation, operational improvement and strategic growth planning across middle-market enterprises. As a Managing Partner at Rally Equity Partners, he evaluates investment opportunities, leads diligence and partners with management teams to drive operational and financial performance.

Evan brings a strong analytical perspective and hands-on experience scaling companies, evaluating acquisition targets and building the infrastructure required for sustainable expansion. His background in private equity and financial strategy helps inform Delta’s approach to M&A, investment decisions and growth-stage planning.

Michael Feigin is a senior leader in construction management and technology-enabled project delivery. He has held executive roles in major organizations overseeing large capital programs, and he is known for implementing innovative tools, digital workflows and risk-management frameworks to improve project outcomes.

Michael’s background includes experience integrating advanced technology into construction processes, enabling better cost, schedule and risk visibility across major programs. Raza Hussain is an AI, analytics and data-strategy executive with more than two decades of experience helping organizations adopt transformative technologies and monetize data assets. As CEO of the Technology Economists and Co-CEO of the Global AI Leaders Network, he advises global companies, government bodies and technology organizations on AI integration, digital transformation and next-generation data strategies.

Raza’s expertise includes AI, emerging technology deployment and building data monetization businesses. His guidance supports Delta’s continued investment in analytics, technology-enabled services and AI-driven innovation across its advisory platform.

Raza’s prior experience includes BCG where he led a global BCG X Solutions and Enablers team focusing on repeatable software and data offerings.

Tony Weisman is a nationally recognized marketing executive known for leading large-scale brand transformation, digital modernization, and consumer engagement strategies. He served as Chief Marketing Officer of Dunkin’ U.S., where he oversaw the company’s rebranding (including the widely publicized shift to “Dunkin’”) and advanced its digital, loyalty and marketing capabilities.

Before joining Dunkin’, Tony served as CEO of North America for DigitasLBi, a global digital marketing agency, where he advised Fortune 100 clients on brand strategy, digital transformation and customer experience. Today he serves as a board member, advisor and consultant to high-growth companies. His expertise strengthens Delta’s positioning, brand strategy and digital growth initiatives.
