Before joining Delta, Dimitri worked in capital markets and real estate development, sourcing and structuring over $20 million in debt financing and helping to expand an investment portfolio by more than 50% in two years. Earlier in his career, he managed large-scale claims portfolios at a major professional services firm, where he honed his expertise in data analysis, process optimization and reporting for high-value insurance claims.
