- Assessed damages arising from alleged breaches of a road concession agreement to design, build, finance, operate and transfer a toll road in central India in an arbitration against a government authority.
- Valued a major family-owned business group in India comprising multiple listed and unlisted entities to assess whether the fair value received by one member family under a family settlement agreement appropriately accounted for brand and trademark rights.
- Prepared expert reports addressing claims and counterclaims exceeding $1 billion following termination of a joint venture between UAE- and India-based real estate companies. Performed discounted cash flow and market-based valuations of more than 30 real estate assets in India.
- Assessed damages and prepared multiple expert reports in a dispute between two Indian media and broadcasting companies involving a sublicensing agreement for television broadcasting rights to a major sports property.
- Prepared an expert report calculating lost profits arising from an oil refinery shutdown allegedly caused by faulty construction of refinery facilities by the contractor.
- Valued a range of assets across sectors and geographies to assess alleged losses suffered by an investor arising from the alleged wrongful imposition of restrictive measures by various jurisdictions.
