Delta Senior Director Oscar Martinez Lamigueiro will serve as a panelist at the Club de Derecho de la Construcción y la Ingeniería’s 2026 Conference in Madrid.
Focused on “Geopolitics and Infrastructure and Construction Projects: Building in a Changing World,” the conference will examine the forces reshaping the construction and infrastructure sectors from practical and international perspectives.
Sessions will address geopolitical risk and contractual balance, collaborative contracting in uncertain environments, decisions surrounding arbitration in construction disputes, evolving environmental, social and governance criteria in public procurement and emerging challenges in project financing and insurance.
The event will begin with a welcome reception on Sept. 30, followed by the full conference program on Oct. 1.
