Delta Director Rachel Weinthal will attend the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section’s 12th Annual Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute.
The conference brings together white collar defense attorneys, prosecutors, corporate counsel, judges, compliance professionals and other practitioners involved in complex criminal and regulatory matters. Programming will explore current enforcement priorities and developments involving fraud, the False Claims Act, sanctions, export controls and other domestic and international white collar issues.
Held annually outside Atlanta, the institute offers opportunities for continuing legal education, professional development and discussion among leaders from the legal, government and corporate communities.
