JUNE 9, 2026, Washington, DC — Delta Consulting Group announced the promotion of Thomas M. Gannon from General Counsel to Chief Legal Officer, expanding his leadership responsibilities and recognizing his contributions to the company’s continued growth and strategic development.

In his new role, Gannon will oversee Delta’s global legal strategy, corporate governance, risk management and compliance functions while continuing to serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team.

Gannon has more than three decades of legal, business and risk management experience spanning construction, engineering and manufacturing industries. Throughout his career, he has advised executive teams and boards of directors, led high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution efforts, negotiated complex commercial agreements and developed enterprise risk management programs that support business growth.

“Since joining Delta as General Counsel, Tom has been an invaluable member of our leadership team,” said Darin L. Buchalter, Chief Executive Officer. “His leadership has helped strengthen our organization, manage risk and support our continued growth. This promotion reflects the significant impact he has made across the firm, our confidence in his ability to help guide Delta through its next chapter and the expanded role he will play as we continue to grow both domestically and internationally.”

Before joining Delta, Gannon served in leadership roles at Permasteelisa North America Corp., where he advised executive leadership on legal, operational and business matters throughout the United States and Canada. In addition to his North American responsibilities, he worked closely with senior executives, legal leaders and business units across Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia, providing strategic counsel on complex legal, commercial and operational matters. His experience collaborating with global leadership teams and international stakeholders will support Delta’s continued expansion and service to clients around the world.

“I am honored to take on this new role and continue supporting Delta’s growth,” Gannon said. “The company has built a reputation for excellence, integrity and client service, and I look forward to working with our professionals across the globe as we continue to expand our capabilities and deliver value to clients around the world.”
