October 2025 – Delta Consulting Group is pleased to announce that Neil J. Zoltowski has joined the firm as a Senior Director in the company’s Forensics, Investigations and Disputes practice. Neil brings more than 25 years of experience providing litigation support and expert witness testimony in complex financial and economic disputes.
Over the course of his career, Neil has advised on more than 250 matters for clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 50 companies, and law firms of all sizes. He has been designated as an expert in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings before JAMS and AAA. His expertise includes the evaluation and quantification of economic damages in intellectual property disputes and commercial litigation, with additional experience in licensing, royalty audits and the valuation of intangible assets.

With his extensive background, Neil will enhance Delta’s capabilities in economic damages, intellectual property, licensing and complex commercial dispute resolution.
