Allen brings with him a robust background in finance and management of high-growth organizations, showcasing expertise in strategic planning, development, and daily operations management. His accomplishments include proficiency in planning, implementing, managing, and controlling finance and accounting functions. These encompass forecasting and budgeting, profitability analysis, financial reporting, treasury and cash management, process automation, complex modeling, and team building.

Allen holds a Master of Health Administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
