With more than 25 years of experience managing complex property, environmental and insurance claims, Brad brings deep technical expertise and a proven ability to help clients navigate large-scale loss events with clarity and confidence.

A Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Brad has led forensic investigations, damage assessments, remediation oversight and claim preparation efforts for both public and private clients across the United States and internationally. His disciplined, evidence-based approach and strong command of environmental and regulatory considerations have made him a trusted advisor to building owners, real estate portfolio managers and legal teams worldwide.

Before joining Delta, Brad held senior leadership positions with several global consulting and professional services firms, where he directed multidisciplinary teams across North America, South America, Europe and Asia. His global perspective and hands-on project experience strengthen Delta’s integrated service platform, helping clients achieve timely, credible and results-driven outcomes when it matters most.
