Brad Caddick is a Senior Director at Delta Consulting Group with more than 25 years of experience leading complex property, environmental and insurance claims engagements. He specializes in helping clients navigate the technical, financial and regulatory dimensions of major loss events, bringing clarity and confidence to every stage of the recovery process.

A Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Brad’s expertise spans the full spectrum of environmental and property loss consulting, including forensic investigation, damage assessment, remediation oversight and claim preparation. He has managed large-scale loss quantification and recovery efforts for clients across the United States and internationally, supporting both public and private entities in achieving timely, defensible and cost-effective outcomes.

Brad has served as an expert witness and strategic advisor in matters involving significant property damage and environmental impact. He brings a disciplined, evidence-based approach to each engagement, drawing on his background in environmental compliance and hazardous materials management to inform practical, results-oriented strategies. His ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights has made him a trusted resource to insurers, building owners and legal teams alike.
Before joining Delta, Brad held senior leadership roles with BDO USA, Ramboll, and ENVIRON, where he directed multidisciplinary teams across North America, Europe and Asia. His global perspective and hands-on experience in both environmental consulting and insurance recovery uniquely position him to help clients resolve disputes and rebuild stronger.
