- Prepared an expert report assessing storage costs in a construction dispute in DIAC arbitration proceedings, including rebuttal of the opposing party’s estimate and support through the hearing at which the appointed expert was cross-examined.
- Prepared expert reports assessing damages arising from an alleged breach of contract involving television broadcasting rights in the media sector in LCIA arbitration proceedings.
- Advised on valuation adjustments in a renewable energy joint venture arising from project downsizing and delays.
- Provided pre-arbitration advice assessing losses suffered by a joint venture partner in a skincare and beauty business arising from alleged misrepresentation.
