Vaishnavi Simalkar is a forensic accounting and insurance claims professional who supports complex property damage, business interruption, economic loss and insurance recovery matters. As a Consultant in Delta Consulting Group’s Insurance & Recovery practice, she assists clients with the preparation, analysis and evaluation of commercial insurance claims, leveraging strong financial analysis, claims quantification and data management capabilities to support claim recovery and dispute resolution efforts. She has experience analyzing financial and operational data, preparing damage calculations and developing financial schedules for matters involving business interruption, lost profits and property-related losses across a range of industries.

Prior to joining Delta, Vaishnavi supported insurance claims and recovery engagements at a large global consultancy in both the United States and India, where she assisted with claim quantification, litigation support and forensic accounting analyses. Her background also includes experience in insurance brokerage, reinsurance and policy coverage analysis, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the insurance and claims process. She is recognized for her analytical approach, attention to detail and ability to deliver clear, well-supported financial analyses in complex claim environments.
