- Prepared expert reports on behalf of a UK-based healthcare products supplier in a breach of contract dispute involving the delayed and partial supply of medical gloves during the COVID-19 pandemic. Independently developed the damages model to quantify lost profits and supported the testifying expert at a contested hearing.
- Prepared expert reports in a competition matter before the Supreme Court of India on behalf of leading tyre manufacturers accused of cartel conduct by the Competition Commission of India. Reviewed cartel detection methodology, analysed historical case evidence and conducted quantitative profitability analysis.
