Sean is highly skilled and experienced in the preparation, evaluation, and management of construction claims across a variety of industry sectors. He has provided analysis and advice to both clients and counsel related to quantum and delay damages for adjudication, arbitration, and litigation proceedings in the oil and gas, power, process, infrastructure, and commercial construction industries.
He has also provided advisory services on live projects specific to the turnaround and delivery of capital assets, the development of project-specific commercial monitoring tools, and claims avoidance strategies. Sean has been involved in the training and mentoring of project resources with the aim of developing their understanding of the claims and commercial aspects of project execution.
