Identified governance, financial and operational concerns, including alleged accounting irregularities, informal regulatory payments, inventory management weaknesses and significant dependence on the promoter.
- Supported a Norwegian telecommunications company in conducting an operational risk assessment of the telecommunications sector in Bangladesh. Identified allegations of customer fraud involving collusion between a local telecommunications operator and approximately 20 external vendors.
- Conducted a market entry assessment for a Japanese biomedical company evaluating India’s stem cell therapy sector. Assessed demand, the competitive landscape, potential locations and commercial considerations across Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi.
