- Assistant Project Manager for $30M renovation at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, overseeing estimating, purchasing, solutions to financial restrictions, jobsite mobilization, compliance, monthly billing, and schedule for Phase 1. Coordinated new and existing MEP system modifications alongside superintendent, MEP trades, and design team.
- Onsite Project Engineer on $79 Million Wargaming Center Project for the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), overseeing all document management of Raised Access Flooring, Misc. Metals, Masonry, Waterproofing, and Site Civil work on Wargaming Project. Managed Building Information Modeling (BIM), overseeing schedule and coordination of MEP trades on Wargaming Project.
- Onsite Project Engineer on $750 Million Cannon House Office Building Renewal Project for The Architect of the Capitol, overseeing document and cost management of Mechanical, Plumbing, Duct, HVAC Controls, Testing and Balancing, and Insulation trades.
