
Chiago Anago is a Senior Project Controls Specialist and PMP-certified professional with over 10 years of experience delivering planning, scheduling, and project controls services on large industrial and infrastructure construction programs. His expertise spans nuclear remediation, mining, oil and gas and processing facility projects across North America and internationally, including programs valued at over $300M. Chiago brings advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, earned value management, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and cost- and resource-loaded schedule development. He is recognized for establishing reliable schedule baselines, identifying risk and slippage early and translating complex schedule data into actionable insights for project leadership and client stakeholders. Prior to joining Delta Consulting Group, Chiago held project controls roles supporting EPC and EPCM delivery teams on some of Canada’s most demanding construction programs.
- Assisted the preparation and management of the integrated Primavera P6 schedule for a Nickel Mine expansion at Raglan Mine, supporting a program valued at approximately $300 million.
- Managed the engineering and procurement schedule for the construction of Plant 3 at the Bartek Malic and Fumaric Acid Plant, and assisted in the preparation of the construction schedule for a project valued at approximately $160 million.
- Managed and prepared multiple integrated schedules for the CNL Port Hope Area Initiative (PHAI) Nuclear Remediation cleanup, supporting the Municipality of Port Hope’s Small Scale Sites Projects across a three-year program with a combined value of approximately $180 million.
- Managed the Early Works schedule for Vale’s Creighton Mine Phase 5 expansion, a component of a $1.1 billion mine development program.
- Prepared and managed the construction schedule for the Digital Bridge Institute’s East Campus (NCC DBI East Campus), a $27 million educational facility development project.
- Assisted in the investigation and preparation of dispute claim reports for the Shell v. GGRL matter, involving a $400 million gas processing plant in Cawthorne Channel, Bonny, Nigeria.
