Nathan Swink has 23 years of combined dispute resolution, project management, and military experience. Most recently, Nathan has served as a consultant and testifying expert for delays, productivity issues, and associated damages, with a focus on the construction industry. His cases typically involve critical path delay analysis, loss of productivity, subcontractor disputes, resolution of change orders, liquidated damages, and project advisory. Nathan has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, design firms, and governmental agencies.
His consulting expertise is strengthened by the numerous roles he served with design-build general contractors, including as a project manager, project engineer, project controls engineer, scheduler, cost engineer, and earned value analyst.
Throughout his career, his projects spanned a wide variety of industries including government, oil, gas, chemical, hospitality, highways, commercial, residential, light rail, transmission, distribution, and telecommunication. His projects have primarily been in the United States, but he has also worked on projects in Canada, Cuba, Kuwait, and Eastern Europe.
