Delta Managing Director Edward Nagel will present at the 2026 Payroll University conference, hosted by the National Payroll Institute in Montreal.
Edward will lead an educational session titled The Payroll Fraud Playbook and How to Beat It, focused on helping organizations better understand and combat payroll fraud risks. His session will explore the behavioral and organizational drivers behind fraud, including pressure, opportunity and rationalization, and how these factors contribute to real world schemes.
Drawing on practical examples, Edward will walk attendees through common payroll fraud tactics and how they are identified. He will also share actionable strategies to strengthen internal controls, improve detection and leverage technology and analytics to reduce risk.
