November 2025 – Delta Consulting Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Dimakos as a Managing Director in the firm’s insurance and recovery practice. Steve brings more than 40 years of experience advising policyholders, insurers and brokers on property loss, business interruption and insurance recovery matters worldwide.

Throughout his career, Steve has been recognized as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies, global real estate groups and major commercial operators. He has prepared and certified complex insurance claims across multiple jurisdictions, testified as an expert in property damage disputes and guided clients through some of the world’s largest catastrophic events, including Hurricanes Hugo, Katrina and Ivan, as well as the Midwest floods.

At Delta, Steve will continue to deliver clarity and strategic insight across all phases of the claim and recovery process, from early loss assessments and reserve planning to detailed claim development and post-event recovery support. His leadership will further strengthen Delta’s ability to deliver credible, defensible and timely results for clients navigating high-stakes insurance and recovery challenges.

Prior to joining Delta, Steve served as Managing Director and practice lead at one of the largest consulting firms in the world, following more than three decades as Principal at Quantum Global Advisors, where he helped build one of the nation’s premier property loss practices.
