Tamara Savinas has joined Delta Consulting Group as Chief Commercial Officer, where she will lead the company’s commercial growth strategy, including market positioning, client development, go-to-market execution and the continued integration of business development across Delta’s global platform.

With 20 years of experience across the construction and professional services markets, Tamara brings extensive experience translating technical capabilities into focused, scalable growth strategies. She will work with Delta’s leadership to sharpen the company’s differentiation, strengthen strategic client relationships and align growth priorities with operational delivery.

“Delta has the expertise, talent and ambition to shape what comes next in our industry,” said Tamara Savinas. “I’m excited to build on that foundation and drive purposeful growth—deepening client partnerships, expanding our reach and bringing the full strength of our global resources to our clients’ most complex challenges.”

Before joining Delta, Tamara led go-to-market strategy for a global construction disputes and advisory practice. She also co-founded a construction consulting and dispute resolution company, helping transform it from a startup into an established multimillion-dollar firm with a national footprint in just a few years. Her expertise spans commercial growth strategy, including market prioritization, portfolio and service line development, strategic account growth, pricing and competitive positioning, pursuit strategy, commercial operations, CRM-enabled client development and strategic partnerships.

Tamara’s perspective is grounded in firsthand construction experience. Early in her career, she served as a project engineer and document control manager on a $5 billion industrial engineering, procurement and construction project. That experience gives her a practical understanding of the risks, delivery pressures and stakeholder dynamics facing  Delta’s clients.

Tamara is a former Chair of the Associated General Contractors of America’s National Business Development Forum and the AGC Construction Leadership Council’s Austin Chapter. She currently serves on the Marketing and Industry Outreach Committees of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with dual concentrations in marketing and entrepreneurship from Northeastern University.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tamara to Delta,” said Darin L. Buchalter, Chief Executive Officer. “Her understanding of the construction and professional services markets, combined with her experience building commercial strategy and developing client relationships, will strengthen our ability to connect Delta’s expertise with the opportunities that matter most to our clients and our people.”

“Delta has built a strong platform, and we are ready to grow it significantly,” Buchalter continued. “Tamara understands our markets, knows how to build relationships and has the experience to turn commercial ambition into results.”

Tamara is based in Texas and will work with Delta colleagues across the company’s offices in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
