Washington, D.C. — April 7, 2026 — Delta Consulting Group is pleased to announce that Joseph (“Joe”) Mevorah has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Forensic, Investigation and Dispute Services (FIDS) practice.

Joe brings more than 30 years of experience advising global financial institutions, regulators and investors on complex asset valuation, capital markets and portfolio value management. His extensive background spans loan portfolio and whole-business valuation, complex securities analysis, asset liquidation and both pre- and post-M&A advisory.

Throughout his career, Joe has served as a trusted advisor on high-profile transactions and regulatory engagements involving billions of dollars in value. He has worked with a wide range of institutions, from global banks and asset managers to federal agencies such as the FDIC, FNMA and FHLMC. He is known for his ability to deftly guide clients through credit risk, valuation challenges and operational transformation.

“Joe’s deep expertise in financial institutions advisory is a powerful addition to our FIDS practice,” said Cyrus Khory, Managing Director and Practice Lead for FIDS. “His ability to navigate complex valuation, regulatory, and capital markets issues strengthens our client service capabilities in a meaningful way.”

Joe has led large advisory teams, developed industry-standard valuation models and provided expert testimony on capital markets and structured products. His work includes reviewing multibillion-dollar loan portfolios and supporting clients in credit migration, risk management and process reengineering initiatives.

Prior to joining Delta, Joe held senior leadership roles at leading advisory firms, including Kroll, Ankura and Houlihan Lokey, where he led financial institutions advisory practices and drove strategic growth and client engagement.

With Joe’s addition, Delta continues to expand its FIDS capabilities, further strengthening its ability to support clients across complex financial disputes, investigations, and regulatory matters, particularly within the financial institutions sector.
