These results place Delta among a competitive group of global firms operating at the highest levels of dispute resolution. The company recorded 38 total hearings and 48 disaggregated hearings over the research period, signaling continued growth in high-stakes arbitration matters.

The report notes that Delta’s metrics are “starting to look very good” compared to peers, with increased hearing activity that “bodes well for the future.” This momentum is supported by continued investment in talent and targeted international expansion.

The company’s international arbitration capabilities span both commercial and investor-state disputes, with deep expertise across construction, energy and infrastructure sectors. Delta’s strength is particularly evident in construction arbitration, with GAR ranking the company among the top construction-focused expert practices, placing it fourth globally by share of construction-related hearings. The report further highlights that a significant portion of Delta’s disputes work is concentrated in construction, underscoring the depth of its experience in complex infrastructure and engineering matters.
