December 2025 – Seasoned financial forensics and securities disputes expert joins Delta

Delta Consulting Group is pleased to announce that Gary Napadov, MBA, CFE, has joined the company as a Senior Director in our Forensic, Investigation & Dispute Services (FIDS) practice. Gary brings more than two decades of experience advising clients on complex financial disputes, forensic investigations, regulatory matters and expert witness engagements.

Gary’s work centers on securities-related disputes, financial data forensics, market manipulation analyses, economic damages, post-acquisition issues and high-profile investigations involving insider trading, spoofing and fraudulent investment schemes.

Throughout his career, Gary has provided expert testimony in international arbitration and has supported counsel in state and federal courts on regulatory enforcement actions and investigations involving agencies such as the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

Gary holds an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BBA in Finance & International Business from Loyola University Chicago. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and is fluent in English and Russian.
