- Prepared rebuttal and rejoinder expert reports in an ICC arbitration involving construction of a mineral processing plant in Peru. Performed productivity loss analysis using Earned Value methodology, assessed delays arising from engineering errors, missing supplies and changes in construction methodology and analyzed rejected variation claims and counterclaims. Supported hearing preparation.
- Prepared an expert report involving fabrication of steel jackets for offshore substations in France. Assessed force majeure events, weather delays, disputed change orders, design errors and engineering recalculations and quantified additional production, engineering and third-party costs resulting from project modifications.
- Prepared an expert report in litigation involving civil works for a data processing center in Spain. Assessed delays arising from workfront restrictions, subcontractor coordination and material supply issues and quantified resulting indirect costs and overheads.
