Óscar Martínez Lamigueiro has 25 years of industry experience directing and managing multi-million dollar projects for infrastructure, commercial, residential, medical, office and retail across Europe and the Middle East.
Óscar is known for his effectiveness as an expert witness for a wide range of litigation and arbitration matters, including contract management, quantum, delay and claims. He currently serves as President and Member on two standing Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB) on NEC Contracts. Óscar is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), an expert in construction economics and has served as the director of two official construction cost databases in Spain. In addition to his hands on project experience, Óscar has also undertaken continuous professional education on topics that include FIDIC and NEC contracts, construction claims, Building Information Modeling (BIM) Management, Microsoft Project, and Trainer’s Training. Óscar is an expert in construction sustainability standards and was BREEAM’s director in Spain for 5 years.
Óscar is a qualified trainer experienced in delivering training on technical topics and has participated in over 50 conferences and training seminars.
