Karen Randle has over 12 years of experience in a variety of sectors within the UK Construction Industry, working with Clients, Contractors & Consultants. Using her vast previous experience as a site manager, Karen works closely with project teams providing planning services to develop, monitor & handover successful projects. From preconstruction through to completion, Karen is involved in all aspects of project delivery from planning permission to handover & commissioning. She has helped steer many problematic projects to completion, reprogramming to focus on critical path activities. Following project completion, she has also supported successful contract disputes & data analysis for claims.

  • Provided critical path planning and delay analysis on a luxury apartment development with retail and office space in central London. Securing award of several Extension of Time awards and co-ordinating settlement of disputes both within the project duration and following completion.
  • Provided ongoing critical path planning, awards for Extension of Time and dispute management following a continuously challenging brief on a residential development in North London.
  • Analysing critical path impact for disputes management and reporting on live projects.
