Overview

Kahler Hunter has more than 30 years of experience in business with an emphasis on accounting and administrative management.  Over her career, she has worked for several U.S. corporations, including two Fortune 500 companies.  For nearly nine years, she was the finance and administration manager of a limited liability company.  Immediately prior to joining Delta, she performed casework support to an expert forensic accountant and managed the office. 

She provides forensic accounting and litigation support services to a variety of clients.  Her skillset includes database development, research, technical issue analysis, data indexing, and providing quality control for expert reports and other documents. Kahler has assisted experts on numerous forensic accounting assignments related to healthcare fraud criminal defense, embezzlement, shareholder suppression, Title IV (i.e., Department of Education investigation) defense, and others.

Project Experience

  • Case research, data compilation and report presentation proofing for an expert forensic accountant.
  • Created and maintained company files for five related entities in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions to include 85% of recorded transactions. As administrator, she installed software updates and performed maintenance on file stability.
  • Prepared five QuickBooks company files annually for income and property tax preparation (corporate and owners’ returns) by a CPA.
  • Obtained and maintained multiple bank accounts for entities including treasury management accounts.
  • Secured account with ADP and processed payroll bi-weekly for a large recycling company; researched and deployed health benefits packages; managed hirings/terminations.
  • Applied for and annually renewed business licenses and corporate registrations.
  • Strengthened/maintained relationships with clients of a major financial services company through daily interactions of licensed applications and policyowner services.
  • Responsible for billing, receivables, and monthly financial reporting for ads on five local cable channels.
  • Created and maintained weekly and monthly sales and marketing analyses for six cable systems within a major cable company.
