PROBLEM

For over three years Delta provided various oversight management services on a new $1+Billion nuclear power plant in Taiwan. The team was brought in to identify potential issues that could cause delays or disruption to this significant construction project.

SOLUTION

Delta performed schedule analysis, cost audits, change order cost/benefit analysis, preparation of time extension requests, and evaluation of reimbursement for delay and disruption costs. When a problem was identified, the team would report the findings to the client’s management team and then work with the client to implement effective solutions.
