Sheraz Waise has more than ten years of experience in financial analysis, management and engineering. He has experience in the areas of forensic accounting, fraud investigations, damages, internal audit, and financial compliance.

Sheraz was an Investment Director where he managed development of Greenfield projects in frontier markets. His recent work includes delay, disruption, and impact analysis. He has experience in financial and cost analysis, CPM analysis, and construction project scheduling and budgeting.

Additionally, he has four years of experience in engineering, including design and integration of spacecraft and autonomous vehicles including flight software, sensor analysis and selection, actuator analysis and selection, and avionics systems architecture. He is experienced in design of flight control software and integration of hardware in satellite and autonomous aircraft. Sheraz has supported US defense projects for large US manufacturers including Orbital ATK.

  • Damage Estimation and Claim Analysis
    • Claim analysis for adverse design changes and geological conditions pertaining to additional use of concrete and labor costs in a $300M bridge design and building project.

    • Claim analysis for adverse basalt properties and impact on efficiency of crushing plant that porcoessed over 15M tons of rock and concrete aggregate. 

    • Analysis on labor costs and billing regimes on a sub-sea natural-gas gathering plant with labor costs reaching $5B. 

    • Claim analysis for a power plant project pertaining to aditional costs due to design changes. 

    • Analysis on loss of productivity due to precedent work and impact from other contractors. 

  • Finanacial Management and Analysis

    • Identified improvements in product pricing and revenue recognition of a Pepsi bottling plant and made specific recommendations which resulted in higher income. 

    • Analyzed market and organized business plans, budgets, cash flow projections, and assessed return on investment for a Hilton Double Tree and a 1,500 housing unit project.

    • Assessed feasiblity studies and negotiated a partnership with an existing dairy factory to enter market and expand production capacity. 

    • Identified market positioning niche with pharmaceutical factory and recommended partnership with prominent pharmaceutical distributor.
    • Identified market positioning niche and recommended improvements in operating costs and marketing strategy for three boutique hotels.
  • Design Engineer with Concentraion on Spacecraft Dynamics and Control

    • Responsibilities included assessing sensor placement, sizing, and analysis of sensor performance.
