Senior Consultant

Sheraz Waise Sheraz Waise has more than ten years of experience in financial analysis, management and engineering. He has experience in the areas of forensic accounting, fraud investigations, damages, internal audit, and financial compliance.  Sheraz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Strategy. 

Previously, Mr. Waise was an Investment director with family offices, where he managed development of Greenfield projects in frontier markets. His recent work includes delay, disruption, and impact analysis. He has experience in financial and cost analysis, CPM analysis, construction project schedule and budgeting.

Additionally, Mr. Waise has four years of experience in engineering, including design and integration of spacecraft and autonomous vehicles including flight software, sensor analysis and selection, actuator analysis and selection, avionics systems architecture. He is experienced in design of flight control software and integration of hardware in satellite and autonomous aircraft. Mr. Waise has supported US defense projects for large US manufacturers including Orbital ATK. 

Selected Project Experience

Financial Management and Analysis

    • Identified improvements in product pricing and revenue recognition of a Pepsi bottling plant and made specific recommendations which resulted in higher income.

    • Analyzed market and organized business plans, budgets, cash flow projections, and assessed return on investment for a Hilton Double Tree and a 1500 housing unit project.

    • Assessed feasibility studies and negotiated a partnership with an existing dairy factory to enter market and expand production capacity.

    • Identified market positioning niche with pharmaceutical factory and recommended partnership with prominent pharmaceutical distributor.

    • Identified market positioning niche and recommended improvements in operating costs and marketing strategy for three boutique hotels.

  • Design engineer with concentration on spacecraft dynamics and control.

    • Responsibilities included assessing sensor placement, sizing, and analysis of sensor performance.

    • Modeling and simulating environmental disturbances including gravitational, solar pressure, aerodynamic drag, and electromagnetic disturbances.

    • Assessing actuator sizing, placement, and analysis of dynamic performance.

  • Technical Consulting covering autonomous aircraft 

    • Studied mission requirements and assessed quadrotor specifications and design criteria and associated impact on mission requirements for a DARPA project.
